Hockey Fights Cancer

HOCKEY FIGHTS CANCER

A joint initiative of the National Hockey League and the National Hockey League Players’ Association powered by the V Foundation for Cancer Research, Hockey Fights Cancer unites the hockey community in support of cancer patients and their families.

Together with players, coaches, officials, equipment managers, front office staff, corporate partners and fans, we will fund game-changing research dedicated to improving treatment options, finding cures and saving lives.

100% of your donation will go to cancer research. You can help support this initiative by donating, by bidding on authentic HFC items, or learning more about the program and how you can get involved.

The V Foundation for Cancer Research

Founded in 1993 by ESPN and the late Jim Valvano, legendary North Carolina State University basketball coach and ESPN commentator, the V Foundation has funded over $310 million in game-changing cancer research grants in North America through a competitive process strictly supervised by a world-class Scientific Advisory Committee.

Because the V Foundation has an endowment to cover administrative expenses, 100% of direct donations are awarded to cancer research. The V team is committed to accelerating Victory Over Cancer®. To learn more, visit v.org/HFC
